Exbibyte (EiB)

An Exbibyte (EiB) is a binary unit of digital information that is equal to 1,152,921,504,606,846,976 bytes (or 9,223,372,036,854,775,808 bits) and is defined by the International Electro technical Commission(IEC). The prefix "exbi" is derived from the binary number system and it is used to distinguish it from the decimal-based "exabyte" (EB).
